Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience in maintaining financial records. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update ledger books and financial records Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Assist in managing and monitoring cash flow Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Prepare basic financial reports as required Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
