Job Overview

The Finance & Cost Control Executive will be responsible for managing company payments, bank transfers, and financial records while ensuring effective cost monitoring across branches. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accountability, capable of maintaining payment accuracy, optimizing expenses, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor, salary, and utility payments on time and ensure supporting documents are accurate.

Manage bank transfers, reconciliations, and fund allocations across branches.

Maintain up-to-date cash flow statements and monitor liquidity.

Track and report daily operational expenses.

Implement and monitor cost-control measures to improve profit margins.

Coordinate with property managers and procurement teams to validate expenses before release.

Ensure TDS, GST, and other statutory payments are timely processed.

Prepare monthly financial summaries for management review.

Support internal audits by maintaining proper documentation and transparency.

Suggest ways to reduce unnecessary expenditure and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (M. Com / MBA Finance preferred).

6 months – 3 years of experience in accounts, payments, or finance operations.

Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel and online banking systems.

Strong analytical and cost management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and integrity in financial handling.

Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
