As a Finance Business Partnering Securities Services Global at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end service delivery processes, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost reporting. Your responsibilities will also include building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing business analytics, executive MI, and insights, and ensuring financial performance management across the team. You will act as a bridge between Finance Operations teams, country stakeholders, and senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decision-making and engage regularly with senior management - Oversee internal and external reporting requirements for the Business/Region, ensuring a deep understanding of performance drivers - Engage actively with the Business/Entity to comprehend business drivers and focus on process simplification and automation - Ensure a robust control environment around all reporting and data sources - Identify opportunities, support strategic projects and commercial initiatives, and represent in key forums - Support ad-hoc projects and analysis in collaboration with senior management - Design and deliver training on transformation, focusing on developing commercial acumen, business partnering capabilities, and technical accounting knowledge Qualifications: - Recognized professional accounting qualification (CA, CWA, MBA) with 15+ years of experience in Finance, including leadership roles - Proven track record in designing, implementing, and operating processes - Experience in influencing senior governance forums and handling auditors - Strong understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or business finance - Proficiency in banking, accounting, and reporting systems - Experience in designing, implementing, and validating process controls - Strong formal written reporting skills and ability to draft papers for Board-level audiences - Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, sharing, and collaboration HSBC is one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations, operating in 62 countries and territories.
