Finance Business Partner - Data Center

You will be joining Iron Mountain as an FP&A Analyst/ Finance Business Partner in the Data Center business unit team. Your role will involve analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to offer financial clarity for one of the company's fastest-growing business segments. **Responsibilities:** - Analyze financial performance across Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, identifying trends in sales and operating costs to provide clear, actionable recommendations to business leadership. - Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against plan and clearly explaining all variances to key stakeholders. - Ensure compliance and improve reporting related to Rent Roll (Renewable Volume / Contract Inventory), including the accurate tracking of contracts, inventory levels, and external reporting requirements. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in a technology, infrastructure, or data center environment. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling principles with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google sheets. - Proven ability in strategic analysis, working with large datasets, and presenting complex financial data clearly to support business decisions.
