Finance Associate/Analyst (FP&A)

As a Financial Performance Analyst, your role will primarily involve the following responsibilities: - Preparation of monthly financial packages and Management Information System (MIS) including Headcount and Revenue data - Developing forecasts, monthly and quarterly business review packages - Monitoring, measuring, and creating insightful management reports to assess performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Building and maintaining finance dashboards using Power BI for effective data visualization - Identifying trends and drivers in business performance to generate actionable insights - Collaborating with stakeholders in Finance, Business leadership, and other departments to provide valuable information for decision-making - Conducting monthly result reviews, variance analysis, and tracking project progress - Monitoring and reporting on staff efficiency and other productivity metrics - Presenting business performance analysis to business leaders - Performing value-add analysis to enhance business efficiency - Handling requests related to internal and external audits - Assisting with ad hoc requests, special projects, financial planning & analysis, and providing support to the Associate Director/Manager, Finance as required Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 2-4 years of experience in business and financial planning within a large corporate organization in the service sector - Proficiency in MS Office suite, advanced MS Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Experience in business planning, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders - Ability to work as a Business Partner, supporting different areas of business planning and reporting - Process-oriented and inclined towards automation - Self-motivated to drive continuous improvement and deliver results efficiently This job requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively analyze financial data to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.,
