Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in finance, accounting, or commerce who are eager to begin their professional journey in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will gain hands-on experience in core financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Conduct basic financial analysis under supervision
• Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments for financial data collection

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (B.Com, BBA, BAF, etc.)
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software (Tally, SAP, etc. is a plus)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance career
