Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date

  books of accounts

  in a

  computerized environment

  using tools like

  Tally

• Finalize

  financial statements

  including

  Profit & Loss

  ,

  Balance Sheet

  , and other reports
• Prepare

  Cash Flow

  and

  Funds Flow

  statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise and coordinate

  Statutory Audits

  with external audit firms
• Handle

  Income Tax

  compliance including:

• TDS

  calculation, payments, and

  quarterly e-TDS return filing

• Tax audits

  ,

  individual and company return filing

  , and

  assessment handling

• Prepare and file

  GST returns

  , manage

  GST audits

  and

  assessment proceedings

• Ensure compliance with all

  statutory and regulatory requirements

  , including

  Income Tax, GST

  , and

  RBI regulations

• Prepare

  CMA data

  and coordinate with

  banks

  for

  Cash Credit renewals

  ,

  enhancements

  , and submit

  stock/production statements

  ,

  FFRs

  , etc.
• Manage

  export documentation

  , bank negotiations, and obtain

  FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates)

• Communicate key financial data through

  MIS reports

  and presentations for

  senior management

  or

  board meetings

• Compute and manage

  advance tax payments

  , income estimation, and tax liability projections
• Manage

  vendor

  ,

  partner

  , and

  customer transactions

  , ensuring timely

  payments

  and

  invoicing

• Oversee compliance with

  EPF

  Gratuity

  , and other

  labour/tax regulations

• Handle

  legal

  taxation

  statutory registrations

• Prepare and maintain accurate

• Act as the primary point of contact for
