Finance & Accounts- Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager

As a Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve managing overall finance functions, including annual audits, preparing financial reports such as Revenue & Expense trends, Working Capital sheets, Cash flows, Balance sheets & PnLs, managing Invoicing, and overseeing GST & GST returns. You will be responsible for preparing documentation and supporting our Co CA with tax returns on time. Developing and implementing efficient internal controls, and ensuring adherence to accounting and other company policies and procedures will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will review month-end financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and supervise accounts and taxation. You will also be required to perform, review, and approve Internal Control Checklists and ensure compliance with policies and procedures through oversight and training. Providing procurement support and controls, along with supporting annual budget planning, are also part of your duties. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Good command of English - Ability to work independently Preferred Professional Experience: - Proven track record in financial management including accounting, financial planning, financial reporting, and internal controls - Strong Financial Planning and Analysis experience with the application of metrics to drive performance - Financial and business acumen - Working knowledge of the service industry is desired Skills: - Strong communication skills in a cross-functional environment - Ability to drive process improvement as a change agent - Effective operation within a complex and dynamic organization - Capability to translate Corporate vision into results - Proficiency in Excel - Ability to learn and operate various financial systems,
