Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Department: Finance & Accounts

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (7.30 PM - 4.30 AM - Cab Provided)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with basic accounting knowledge to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting principles, data entry, and invoice processing, and be eager to grow in a finance role.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily financial records
Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
Record journal entries and support ledger maintenance
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally or Excel preferred)
Excellent communication skill
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
