About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to oversee the company's day-to-day financial activities. This role includes maintaining accounts, preparing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting in financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the company's complete accounts regularly.

- Prepare accurate invoices and share them with clients on time.

- Update clients regarding payment due dates and follow up professionally.

- Keep proper records of all expenses, receipts, and financial entries.

- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial documents.

- Maintain structured documentation of GST invoices, receipts, and compliance-related paperwork.

- Organise and store financial data in a clean, systematic manner.

- Coordinate with internal teams for approval and documentation.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Tally or similar tools is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good communication skills for client coordination.

- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.

- Organised, disciplined, and confident with numbers.
