Finance & Accounting Analyst

As a Purchase Requisition (PR) Due Diligence Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of purchase requisitions by conducting thorough reviews and escalating for missing information. You should possess a good understanding of Ariba and have prior experience working in the PR-PO process, including the ability to convert PRs into POs using the Ariba Module. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting training sessions to onboard suppliers onto the Ariba Supplier Portal. In cases where suppliers are hesitant to participate, your strong persuasive skills will be crucial in encouraging their cooperation. Managing the Procurement mailbox will also be a part of your responsibilities, including handling pre/post-match exceptions and taking prompt actions to resolve any issues that may arise. You will also provide assistance to the line of business with Procurement tools and processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective support. Furthermore, you will be responsible for updating process trackers and providing inputs for monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for engaging in business communications and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
