Job Description

Job Summary:

The Final QC Executive (Metal & Diamond) is responsible for performing end-stage inspection of jewellery pieces to ensure that both metal and diamond quality meet company standards before dispatch. This includes checking finishing, soldering, setting, polishing, and diamond grading parameters such as symmetry, alignment, and matching.

Key Responsibilities:

Metal QC:

Inspect jewellery for metal finishing, soldering, filing, and assembly accuracy.
Check for porosity, dents, uneven surfaces, and loose joints.
Verify polish, plating, and hallmarking quality.
Ensure jewellery meets weight and size specifications.

Diamond QC:

Check stone setting accuracy, tightness, and symmetry.
Verify diamond quality (cut, color, clarity, and size) as per approved standards.
Ensure proper stone placement and alignment in prongs, pave, or channel settings.
Identify and report loose, chipped, or mismatched stones.

General Responsibilities:

Perform final QC before packing and dispatch.
Maintain detailed inspection records and QC reports.
Coordinate with setting, polishing, and production teams for corrections.
Approve or reject jewellery pieces as per company QC norms.
Ensure timely completion of inspection to support smooth production flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
