Job Description

Job Title: Final Quality Check (QC) Executive

Location: Irugur , Coimbatore

Job Purpose:

To ensure all modular interior products (such as cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen modules, panels, etc.) meet company quality standards before dispatch to clients or sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect finished products for visual and functional defects (alignment, finish, size, color, hardware fitting, etc.).
Verify that each product matches the approved design and technical drawings.
Check assembly quality, edge banding, lamination, and surface finish.
Ensure packing is done as per standard to prevent damage during transport.
Record inspection results and maintain quality checklists.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production for rework or correction.
Assist in continuous improvement of quality processes.
Ensure all safety and housekeeping standards are followed in the QC area.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of modular furniture manufacturing process.
Attention to detail and good observation skills.
Ability to read basic drawings or design specifications.
Knowledge of measuring tools (tape, calipers, etc.).
