We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 13 years of experience in implementation planning and consolidation modules, specifically in Tagetik products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AIH, predictive analytics, and hands-on experience with ETL, workflow, and metadata design in Tagetik. ### Roles and Responsibility Deliver large/medium Tagetik programs and demonstrate expert core consulting skills. Support client needs by delivering Tagetik consolidation or planning modules. Integrate Tagetik with multiple source systems and customize/deploy it as per client business requirements. Work with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle. Demonstrate a proactive solution-oriented mindset and be ready to learn new technologies for client requirements. Perform an appropriate role in business development, such as presales, internal engagement, and/or knowledge management. ### Job Requirements 9-13 years of relevant experience in implementation planning and consolidation modules. Good understanding of Tagetik functionality and setup. Hands-on experience in AIH and predictive analytics. Knowledge of FST definition, MDM calculations, and relate solutioning with all modules. Exposure to Smart now modules. Strong understanding of data close process and proficiency in building and extending metadata functionalities. Ability to drive Tagetik technical and functional assignments. Experience working with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle. Proactive with a solution-oriented mindset and ready to learn new technologies for client requirements. Prior experience in designing workflows and metadata design in Tagetik. Independently provide system solutions to Tagetik issues and enhancements; act as an escalation point to FAST support/Operation team for complex issues. Lead the team in effective handling of Financial Planning / Consolidation month-end close. Act as a techno-functional Tagetik solution architect. Perform functional and technical testing of system projects; bug fixes and enhancements. Should have written Tagetik codes/Rules. Participate in prioritizing system issues for development team and in regular calls with development team to keep track of progress. Independently identify areas of improvement and make recommendations.
