Field Support Engineer

You will be responsible for conducting on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of hardwares. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. It is essential to collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks will also be a part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients and address their inquiries or concerns. All field activities, including reports, logs, and technical documentation, must be documented diligently.
