Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

At the airport the technician needs to rectify the machines.

Provide after-sales service support to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, microwaves, geyser systems, water purifiers, chimneys etc.
Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with customer's installed equipment and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
Troubleshoot technical problems using knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require coordination across multiple departments.
Maintain accurate records of work performed including installation dates, maintenance schedules and inventory management.
