Job Title: ITI Field Executive – Service

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated ITI Field Executives to join our service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing installation, repair, maintenance, and service activities at client locations. This role involves field visits, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance of company products (e.g., electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment).
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in equipment or systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers as required.
• Maintain service logs, documentation, and reports as per company standards.
• Coordinate with the service manager or supervisor regarding work schedules, escalations, and spare parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all on-site activities.
• Manage tools and inventory responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related fields.
• Minimum 0–5 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may apply).

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel to customer locations.
• May require working in varied environmental conditions depending on site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,920.00 per month
