Field Service Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Chandigarh. As a Field Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting CCTV, IT Network Hardware Equipment, Access Control Systems, and various other systems. You will be required to conduct regular inspections, diagnose technical issues, and provide effective solutions to customers. In this role, you will also be responsible for documenting service and installation reports, adhering to safety protocols, and upholding a high standard of customer service at all times. Your technical skills should cover the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV and IT hardware equipment. Moreover, your ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, along with strong organizational skills to document service actions and manage time efficiently, will be crucial. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in a similar role, possess an ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics, or hold a certification in a related technical field. Flexibility is key, as you should be willing to work varied hours and handle different tasks as required.
