Job Description

Position: Field Service Engineer Work experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience Functional Area: Service Department Annual salary: As per Market Standard Desired profile of the candidate: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs etc. will be an advantage. Key skills: Critical thinking & problem-solving skills to address customer concerns & to implement solutions. He should have excellent communication skills, leadership skills & interpersonal skills. Industry: Packaging Machinery involves mechanical components, pneumatics & servo motor driven mechanisms. Job Description / Responsibilities: On-site installation, maintenance & repair of machines at customer’s locations. Train customers to operate & maintain the machines. Work with Electrical & Controls Engineers to thoroughly understand customer complaints Attend customer complaints over the phone & guide the customer in resolving the machine problems. Conducting in-house machine setting & trial. Educating the customer about maintenance procedures & requirement of spares & consumables. Identifying & analyzing repetitive machine problems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Service Engineer: 1 year (Required) Location: Sinhgad Road, Pune, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
