Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various medical equipment such as Ultrasound, CT Scan, X-Ray, and CR/DR Systems. The role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently solve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment including Ultrasound machines, CT scanners, X-Ray, and CR/DR systems.

2. Conduct regular maintenance checks and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance.

3. Troubleshoot complex technical problems in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Develop and strengthen relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support.

5. Provide training and support to medical staff on how to operate and maintain the equipment properly.

6. Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations while performing on-site services.

7. Maintain accurate records of service calls, issues resolved, and parts used.

Job Specification:

1. Technical degree or certification in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in repairing and maintaining medical equipment, particularly CR Systems, X-Ray, Ultrasound machines, and CT Scans.

3. Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and the technical requirements specific to medical systems.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building customer relationships.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

6. Willingness to travel extensively across the region to meet client needs.

Qualification : Polytechnic Diploma/B-tech/BE (Electronics /Instrumentation & controlling )

Location : PAN UP

Experience : 0-4 (Preferred Medical equipment experience )

Salary : 15k to 25k + Conveyance + Incentive
