Ours is an opportunity to quickly build skills and gain responsibility in both technical and customer-facing tasks. Role Overview: This is a full-time role for a Field Service Engineer. The field service engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service and technical support, as well as maintaining and repairing medical products. The technical service engineer in the workshop will be responsible for repairing SAANS, Fetal Lite and VAPcare and must have good troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities: Field Troubleshooting Repair of Medical Equipment (SAANS, Fetal Lite). Should be able to perform wire and electronic component soldering, cable stripping, checking output voltage, and precise technical work. Should have the ability to take corrective actions against failure KPIs. Increase repair productivity and improve repair turnaround time. Maintain high repair quality during the repairs of devices. Reports to: Head, Application and Services Location: Patna, Bihar Desired experience: 2-3 years of experience in the repair of Medical/Electronic devices Desired Educational Qualification: Education: B. Tech/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Bio-Medical Engineering. Skills required: Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology. Good communication skills. Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (preferred). Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who want to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues in a clinical environment. Language: English, Hindi and regional languages depending on the location.
