To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (e.g. automation technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, machine vision, or computer science) and possess experience in service-related roles, particularly in special machine construction, plant construction, or automation solutions. Additionally, training as a technician or mechatronics technician would be advantageous. As a successful candidate, you are expected to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a result-driven approach. You should be comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of teamwork with a global team. Your customer-oriented mindset and willingness to take personal responsibility are key attributes for this role. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in IT skills (especially in MS Office applications), are essential requirements.
