Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for providing field support for direct installations in the specified region of Asia Pacific, with a reporting line to the State Service Incharge based in India. In this role, you will be involved in machine installations in the designated regions, conducting training sessions for end users in banks and financial institutions on machine functionalities, managing SLAs, resolving technical issues, closing service requests promptly, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and handling MIS & service reports efficiently. To qualify for this position, we are looking for candidates with a Diploma in Engineering and up to 2 years of experience in the industry. Ideally, you should have a background in Banking Automation, particularly with Currency Processing Machines. You should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent client interfacing abilities, self-motivation, attention to detail, and good written and oral communication skills.
