Job Description

installs, maintains, and repairs diagnostic cardiology and monitoring equipment at customer sites like hospitals

Installation and commissioning:
Install, set up, and ensure proper functionality of new cardiology and patient monitoring equipment.
Preventative maintenance:
Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting and repair:
Diagnose and fix equipment issues on-site, handling everything from minor adjustments to major repairs to minimize customer downtime.
Customer support:
Provide technical support, answer customer questions, and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate service records, log all activities in a timely manner, and submit daily data according to company standards.
Safety and compliance:
Follow all safety protocols, perform risk assessments, and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Travel:
Frequently travel to customer locations, which may include local, regional, and national travel depending on the role.
Collaboration:
Work with experienced engineers, customer support teams, and commercial counterparts to resolve issues and identify potential sales leads.
