Job Description

You will be responsible for scheduling the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and maintain minimum safety stock levels. Your duties will include planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating processes for material delivery from the supplier to the point of fit. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day order management and deliveries, as well as take follow-up action in response to material shortages that impact production. In this role, you will monitor the integrity of Bill Of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory levels against agreed target levels. You will also be required to monitor inventory levels using SAP data and collaborate with internal teams (Production) and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line as needed, thereby avoiding disruptions to production. The ideal candidate for this position will possess skills in inventory management, communication, and basic computer skills. This is a full-time position that does not require any prior experience.,
