Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Financial & Loan Services

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Job Type: Full-time | Flexible Working Hours

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on qualifications & experience) + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring Field Sales Representatives for our financial and loan services division. If you are passionate about sales, love meeting people, and are motivated by targets and incentives, this is the right opportunity for you!

Immediate joiners preferred. Training will be provided before field deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote financial and loan-related services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions.
Achieve sales targets and generate quality leads within Mumbai and Pune.
Explain product offerings clearly to customers in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Maintain client interaction records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduation degree (any discipline).
Freshers welcome – training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
Ability to travel and work independently across Mumbai and Pune.
Immediate availability is preferred.
