Field Sales Representative

We are manufacturer of Monoblock Pumps, Fans, Geysers, Heaters, Small Home Appliances like Chopper, Blender, Mixi, Electric Kettle & Sandwich Toaster. We are selling these products mostly in Doaba region of Punjab.

Now we need a Field Sales Executive for selling of our products.

A Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and expanding market presence. Here's a detailed job description:

Job Title: Field Sales Executive –

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products directly to wholesaler & retailers within a designated territory. The role involves meeting sales targets, expanding distribution channels, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Promote and sell small home appliances products (e.g., chopper, blender, mixi, jmg, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, geysers & heaters).
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Territory Management:
• Plan and manage daily routes to cover assigned territory efficiently.
• Maintain relationships with existing wholesaler and retailers.
• Identify and onboard new dealers and retail outlets.
• Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and dealers.
• Provide training and support to retailers on product offerings.
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of products when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
