Field Sales Representative (Fresher) Company: Rukhmani Treasures Pvt. Ltd. Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time About the Company: Rukhmani Treasures Pvt. Ltd. is a premium jewellery brand, dealing in 925 sterling silver jewellery, corporate gifting, and customized jewellery solutions across India. We are expanding our B2B customer base and looking for dynamic field sales representatives to join our growing sales team. Job Summary: We are seeking freshers who are eager to start their career in sales. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting retailers, jewellery shops, distributors, and potential business clients to promote and sell our product range. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our wholesale and corporate business Key Responsibilities: Daily field visits to meet retail shop owners, jewellery wholesalers, and corporate clients. Introduce Rukhmani Treasures Pvt. Ltd.’s jewellery product portfolio and explain product specifications. Build and maintain strong client relationships and regularly follow up for new orders. Take customer requirements, share quotations, and assist in order processing. Collect payments from clients as per the assigned schedule. Submit daily field visit reports and customer feedback to the reporting manager. Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment. Assist in market research and competitor analysis during field visits. Represent the company professionally and maintain positive customer relationships. Eligibility Criteria: Fresher candidates welcome (12th pass / graduate / diploma holders can apply). Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & basic English preferred). Willingness to do daily field visits . Basic understanding of jewellery or sales is an advantage (not mandatory). Hardworking, disciplined, and ready to work in a target-based environment. Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
