Field Sales Representative

You will be part of a dynamic team at Kess Global, a leading supplier of high-quality hotel and hospital linen products in India. Your role as a Field Executive will involve visiting hotels, guest houses, and hospitals to showcase our range of products and secure orders. Key Responsibilities: - Visit hotels, hospitals, and similar establishments in your designated area - Demonstrate product samples and explain the various offerings such as bedsheets, towels, uniforms, etc. - Take orders from clients and establish strong relationships with them - Communicate client feedback effectively to the office team - Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business Qualifications Required: - Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate - Possession of a two-wheeler and smartphone - Basic communication skills in Hindi and the local language (proficiency in English is an added advantage) - While previous sales experience is desirable, it is not mandatory - Personal attributes required include honesty, hard work ethic, and a willingness to travel In addition to a fixed salary and travel allowance, you will have the opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on your sales performance.
