Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team for promoting and selling Insurance products in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, explaining insurance plans, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers for insurance products (Life, Health, General Insurance).
• Generate leads through cold calling, field activity, and referrals.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and premium terms clearly to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly.
• Attend team meetings, training, and sales review sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
• Interested Freshers can also apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Chennai.
• Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
