The role of Field Sales (FOS) at Shiprocket is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi, specifically for its Hyperlocal services - Shiprocket Quick. As a Field Sales representative, your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients. You will be tasked with managing sales operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. It is essential for the successful candidate to build and maintain relationships with existing clients while meeting sales targets efficiently. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation is crucial, along with a strong foundation in Sales Operations. The ability to work independently and on-site in New Delhi is a requirement. Experience in the eCommerce or logistics industry would be advantageous. A two-wheeler is a must-have for this position. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in Logistics or Quick Commerce is preferred.,
