Field Sales Officer

As part of our expansion strategy and upcoming public listing, we are strengthening our field sales team to enhance our market penetration and on-ground reach. --- Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Officer to join our sales team in Bangalore. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including visiting dealers, distributors, construction sites, and project locations to promote and sell our steel products. The candidate should be capable of building strong relationships and achieving sales targets through consistent market presence. --- Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field visits to identify new sales opportunities across construction sites, hardware stores, dealers, and infrastructure projects. Actively promote and sell Aone Steels products to contractors, builders, and dealers. Manage and grow a network of channel partners through regular field interactions. Track and report on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends during field visits. Ensure proper branding and visibility of products at point-of-sale and retail locations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries. Prepare daily/weekly field activity and sales reports for management review. Participate in field promotional activities, local events, and trade exhibitions as required. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in steel, cement, TMT bars, or building materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory). Familiarity with the Bangalore construction and dealer network is an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
