Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Pharmaceutical (0 -3 years) Job Type:   Full-time, Field-Based Role Gender:   Both genders allowed Degree :   B.Com (Hons.): Sales and Marketing,   B.Pharm: Any Specialization,   B.Pharm (Hons.): Any Specialization,   B.Sc: Any Specialization,   BBA: Sales and Marketing,   BBA (Hons.): Sales and Marketing,   M.Pharm: Any Specialization,   M.Sc: Any Specialization,   Master: Business Development Key Responsibilities:   We are looking Sales person for state wise field work and B2B business.   Travel across assigned territories 5 days a week to meet doctors, hospitals, and clinics.   Promote and market our pharmaceutical products while building strong client relationships.   Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.   Maintain accurate records of sales visits, client interactions, and follow-ups.   Collaborate with the internal team for order processing and prompt deliveries.   Monthly Travelling :- 18-20 days. Required Skills & Qualifications:   0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales/marketing.   (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.   Willingness to travel extensively.   Basic computer skills (MS Office, email). Salary & Benefits:   ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives Incentives are depend on the earning potential.   Travel allowance expense reimbursement.   Performance-based bonuses.   Opportunities for career growth.
