Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales
• Visit target areas to identify potential customers.
• Demonstrate product (smoke eliminator) benefits
• Collect feedback and escalate product insights
• Guide customers on installation, usage, benefits and maintenance
• Customer Relationship & Follow-up
• Support the end-to-end leasing process: schedule property visits, prepare and share property brochures, facilitate meet-ups with clients & owners
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain clear and updated leasing database – track leads, status, feedbacks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate firm or a similar industry role.
• Proven ability to independently scout and secure retail spaces.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Presentable, professional demeanor; age below 30 years.
• Preferable a valid driver’s license and be comfortable covering Kolkata’s local terrain
