Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Officer / Manager Department: Payment Relationship Team Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Field Sales professionals to join our Payment Relationship team. You will be responsible for promoting Paytm’s business offerings, especially loans and insurance products, by building strong customer relationships in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit local merchants, retailers, and businesses to promote Paytm products and services. Generate leads and onboard customers for Business Loans and Insurance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Report daily activities and sales progress to Team Leaders. Ensure proper documentation and KYC collection for all sign-ups. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome). Skills: Good communication skills, field sales aptitude, customer handling. Language: Basic knowledge of Tamil and English preferred. Others: Must own an Android smartphone; willingness to travel locally.
