Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Senior Field Sales Executive – Paytm 📍 Location: Local area (must have good knowledge of local geography) 🛵 Mode of Travel: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory) --- 📝 Job Summary: We are hiring motivated and dynamic individuals to join Paytm’s field sales team. The role involves promoting and selling digital payment solutions including QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC/Card Swipe Machines to local merchants. --- 👤 Who Can Apply? Age between 18 to 35 years Must own a smartphone with knowledge of apps and operating systems Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license Good understanding of local geography --- 📌 Key Responsibilities: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for Paytm's payment solutions Onboard merchants and install QR codes and devices Promote and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines Ensure customer engagement and post-sale support --- 💼 Candidate Criteria: No fixed salary; 100% performance-based earnings Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000/month for FSEs Up to ₹45,000/month for Senior FSEs Commission Structure: 80% earnings on Sound Box and Swipe Machine sales ₹200 per QR code onboarding Daily Fuel Allowance: ₹100 Must complete 5 activities per day --- 🎁 Incentive Scheme: 1. Swiping Machine Incentive (₹1,000): If the machine transacts ₹20,000 within 10 days of sale. 2. Monthly Transaction Incentive (₹2,500): If the machine transacts ₹1,00,000 within 1 month. 3. Sound Box Usage Incentive (₹100): If the Sound Box is used for 5 days after sale. --- 💻 Interview Process: Interview will be conducted online Selected candidates must visit the office for documentation
