Field Sales Executive – MEP Sector (HVAC & Fire Alarm Systems)

Locations: Chennai and Pune (1 Position Each)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

As authorized channel partners for renowned brands like Honeywell, SANT, Anergy, EASYFLEX, and others, we ensure cutting-edge technology and premium support across commercial, and industrial sectors.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Up to ₹35,000

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of field sales experience (MEP / HVAC / Fire Alarm industry preferred)
• Good communication and persuasive negotiation skills
• Technical aptitude to explain and promote fire safety and HVAC solutions
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to travel to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities as per project/client requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP sector
• Meet contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers on-site
• Conduct site assessments, client meetings, and product demos
• Provide customized product recommendations based on client needs
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and support local market expansion
• Share periodic market intelligence and client feedback with the regional sales team

• Chennai Office: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
• Pune Region: Field-based

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
