Field Sales Executive - Raipur

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Raipur location. The role involves on-ground client acquisition, lead generation, and closing sales. Ideal for individuals who enjoy direct customer interaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers
• Promote and sell financial products/services
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field activity
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the manager
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ year of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Goal-oriented and self-driven
