Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the companys range of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products to retail pharmacies, hospitals, beauty stores, and distributors within the assigned territory. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring market coverage, and increasing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.
  • Visit retail pharmacies, cosmetic outlets, hospitals, and distributors regularly to promote and sell products.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities as per marketing plans.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence to the management.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability across all outlets.
  • Submit daily call reports, expense statements, and market feedback to the manager.
  • Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or cosmetics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of retail and distribution channels.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Growth in customer base and market coverage.
  • Timely collection of payments.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + sales incentives + travel allowance.
