Job Description

Generate Leads and Close Sales: Identify potential customers, develop leads, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Understand Customer Needs: Actively listen to and understand the insurance needs of potential and existing clients to tailor product recommendations. Present Insurance Products: Explain different insurance policies and products, highlighting their benefits and addressing client concerns. Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and new product offerings. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and financial information. Collaborate with Other Teams: Work with underwriting, claims, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
