Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at Digital Innovations, you will play a crucial role in our business expansion by engaging with local businesses and introducing them to our wide range of IT services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate B2B leads through field visits in your assigned area, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings such as websites, mobile apps, digital marketing, custom software, and IT setup. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients, understand their requirements, and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaboration with our technical teams to finalize quotes and proposals, as well as maintaining strong relationships with prospects for successful conversions, will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who are graduates in any stream, with a preference for BBA, BCA, or B.Tech qualifications. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English are essential, along with a genuine interest in technology and digital solutions. Having your own two-wheeler and smartphone is preferred, as the role will require travel for client visits within the designated area. In addition to a competitive salary structure, which includes 6,000/month during the 6-month training period and 12,000/month post-training based on performance, you will also be eligible for a 5% sales incentive on every successful project closure.
