Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai / Coimbatore / Madurai / Trichy / Salem) Role Type: Full-Time, On-Ground Field Sales We are HTC Diesel Engines, one of Indias most trusted diesel engine manufacturers for concrete mixers, agriculture, and construction equipment. We are expanding in Tamil Nadu and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to demonstrate engines at construction sites, interact with contractors, mistries, hirers, and support OEM relations. You Will Visit construction sites, mixer yards & contractor worksites daily Build strong relationships with mixers manufacturers, hirers, and contractors Conduct engine demo trials and explain cost-saving benefits Ensure pull-through by convincing the end-user (contractor) Work closely with our OEM partners to increase fitment share Achieve monthly sales targets with strong on-ground execution Who Should Apply 1 to 5 years of Field Sales / Dealer Sales / Construction Product Sales Should love field work (80% time on sites) Must speak Tamil fluently (Hindi will be an added advantage) Two-wheeler mandatory What We Offer Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives Training in product demo, negotiation, contractor conversion process Opportunity to grow into Area Sales Manager
