Location: Salem , Tamilnadu.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Travel: Two-wheeler must (with valid license) & Need to handle four locations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell tyre products to dealers, retailers, and fleet owners. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for outdoor sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, vehicle service centers, and fleet operators to promote and sell tyre products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calling and field visits.
• Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable tyre models based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Follow up on orders, coordinate delivery, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer interactions.

Key Skills:

• Good knowledge of tyres or automotive products (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting
• Customer relationship management

Preferred:

• Experience in Tyre, Lubricants, Auto Parts, or related industries
• Local language fluency and knowledge of the area
