Field Recruiter

Job Title: Field Recruiter Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves extensive fieldwork to source and place candidates with our clients based on their manpower requirements. The ideal candidate will be adept at building networks, visiting various institutions, and attending job fairs to generate leads and recruit talent. Key Responsibilities: 1) Conduct field recruitment by visiting colleges, training centres, degree colleges, placement centres, and similar institutions. 2) Collect data on recently graduated students or individuals available for immediate joining. 3) Generate leads by establishing and maintaining contacts with placement centres and other relevant organizations. 4) Attend job fairs to identify and attract potential candidates in Bangalore and across Karnataka (if required). 5) Match and place candidates with clients based on their specific manpower needs. 6) Travel to Bangalore rural and outskirt areas to perform recruitment activities. 7) Maintain the data. Qualifications and Skills: 1) Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. 2) Freshers are welcome. Candidate with previous experience in field recruitment or sales profiles would be preferred. 3) Good English with proficiency in Kannada is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus. 4) Must own a bike for travel purposes. 5) Candidate able to join immediately or within 10 days would be preferred. 6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7) Ability to work independently and build professional networks. 8) Comfortable with extensive travel within Bangalore and surrounding areas. Additional Information: 1) Travel Allowance: Provided to cover travel expenses. 2) Location: Based in Bangalore, with travel to rural and outskirt areas. 3) Medical Insurance is provided by the company for self, spouse (wife), and 2 kids.
