Job Title: Field Recruiter - Blue Collar Hiring

Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive Field Recruiter to source, attract, and hire blue-collar talent for our client companies across various industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify top talent to fill roles E commerce, Rapid Commerce, Dark store operators, technicians, and Unskilled.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

- Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and local communities.

- Candidate Screening: Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess their suitability for client requirements.

- Recruitment Drive: Organize and conduct recruitment drives at client locations or designated venues.

- Coordination: Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar hiring

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

Desired Skills:

- Experience with field recruitment, software and tools (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)

- Knowledge of local languages and regions

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
