Field Quality Associate

Responsibilities:

• Verify and collect geocodes, business hours, access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed using the provided application.
• Observe deliveries in the field to identify barriers to first-time delivery success; recommend solutions and improvements to Amazons systems and processes.
• Use logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills while validating the properties data.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills to interact and navigate within the city for address location identification 
• Working knowledge of the local language
• Able to drive a vehicle and should hold valid permanent drivers license
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy.
• Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment with minimal direct supervision.
• The associate should be physically fit to drive distances over two wheeler on a regular basis.
