Field Professional - Optimization

Role Overview: You will assist in delivering Optimization services to provide safe and cost-effective recommendations to customers during well operations. Your responsibilities will include observing and accurately documenting drilling optimization data, analyzing and interpreting data to help solve drilling-related engineering problems, creating professional reports for customers, and identifying opportunities for additional services and new technologies. You will actively participate in quality improvement processes and learn a broad range of optimization skills through projects of varying complexity. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in delivering Optimization services under direct supervision - Observe and document drilling optimization data accurately - Analyze and interpret optimization data to solve engineering problems - Create professional reports for customers, including daily, end of section, end of well, and incident reports - Provide high-quality service to customers to ensure continued business - Identify opportunities for additional services and new technologies - Actively participate in quality improvement processes - Learn a broad range of optimization skills through projects of varying complexity Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math - Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant industry experience Location: Sai Radhe Building 100, 101, Pune, Monaghan, 411001, India Additional Details: The company offers competitive compensation that is commensurate with experience.,
