Field Placement Officer (Male)

Field Placement Officer will work with Placement Team and facilitates employment search support to students with a demonstrated understanding of employer/industry needs and expectations. He works closely with the Companies to identify requirements / opportunities of the Company and source placement opportunities. This invloves travelling and meeting recruiters, keeping good rapport with recruiters, identifying their needs and assisting them for sourcing students from Jetking as their employees

Placement Officer shall be responsible for generating vacancies, generating vacancy data bank, co-ordination with Jetking Placement team, conducting Job Fairs, Conducting Expert Sessions for the students by recruiters and post placement activities such as maintaining Alumni database, capture feedback from placed students / recruiters, conduct alumni meet etc.

He/She shall be responsible for tracking the placement performance of the center, reporting to the Operations Manager / Operations Director.

Salary shall be commensurate to Experience and Industry Standards!!

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
