Key Responsibilities • Operate hydrogen generation units and associated systems as per SOPs. • Monitor operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and purity. • Perform routine inspection of mechanical equipment, pipelines, valves, and boilers (if applicable). • Assist in start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling of the plant. • Coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. • Maintain shift logs and operational records.

Field Operator :Thermic fluid heater unit

Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor the TFH system as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Perform routine field inspections of valves, pipelines, pressure gauges, and instruments. • Record operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates. • Identify abnormalities, leakages, or deviations and report them immediately. • Assist in start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations. • Coordinate with control room operators and maintenance teams. • Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.

Field Operator Hydrogen Compressor

Key Responsibilities • Operate hydrogen compressors as per SOPs and safety guidelines. • Monitor compressor parameters including pressure, temperature, vibration, and lubrication. • Conduct routine inspection of compressors, valves, lines, and safety devices. • Assist in compressor start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities. • Identify abnormal noises, leaks, or pressure fluctuations and report immediately. • Maintain logbooks and shift records. • Follow hydrogen safety protocols strictly.
