Field Officer

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for Lactinova Cattle Feed, your primary responsibility will be to develop the potential market for Cattle Feed by establishing a robust distribution network in targeted markets. You will be required to track purchase and sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers, and analyze competitors" activities to increase the brand value and market presence of Lactinova Cattle Feed. Your key roles and responsibilities will include appointing and developing distributor channels, achieving the set targets and goals in your designated area, and expanding the customer base while servicing the needs of existing customers. You will also be expected to explore new business opportunities through various market routes and devise innovative sales strategies to drive higher sales. Furthermore, you will focus on guiding and supporting team members to help them achieve their targets, while also potentially handling major customer accounts directly. Conducting customer feedback surveys and market research will be essential to gather insights for business growth and improvement. In addition, you will play a crucial role in meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions as needed. Your input in suggesting and implementing brand promotional activities will be instrumental in enhancing the visibility and reputation of Lactinova Cattle Feed in the market. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and is based in locations including Bathinda, Khanna, Shri Muktsar Sahib, Mansa, Makhu, and Khadur Sahib. The offered salary is 21150 /- CTC + 12500 /- Variable + TA, and the ideal candidate should either be a fresher or have up to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Sales/Marketing or a B.Sc in Agriculture. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and additional perks include performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing and possess a valid driving license. The work location for this role is in-person.
